Décor Package Tiers

Minimal
$500 Design Fee

For either Simple Ceremony OR Simple Reception Décor. Also base price for simple micro-wedding décor. 

Standard
$1000 Design Fee

Standard Ceremony & Reception Décor. Base price for weddings over 200 guests.

Deluxe
$1500 Design Fee

Higher Caliber installations, back drops, cocktail areas, etc.

Décor Package Explained

Let us help you bring your dream event to life! Our décor package is all-inclusive, and we will help you set a realistic budget based on your needs. To start the design process, we will have you fill out a design survey to help us better understand your vision. Once we receive your survey, you will meet with your designer to go over the survey and hone in on your needs and style.

In preparation for your second meeting, your designer will create a visual design proposal that will help you make decisions. As you talk through the proposal, your designer will take notes and make changes as necessary. Pricing for items will be estimated until final decisions are made, and items are ordered. Sei Anders can provide design services for floral, cake orders, centerpieces, place settings, ceremony décor, and more!

Once a décor plan has been finalized we will determine the amount staff needed to execute your design within the time frame given by the venue. Décor Staffing Costs average around $500. Everything that Sei Anders Events provides will be set up on event day. If Sei Anders Events handles your rental order, those items will automatically be set up as well. You are welcome to provide additional décor items (Lights, center pieces, napkins, etc.). In order to set those items up we must receive an itemized list that includes the pricing of the items with copies of receipts, as we charge a 20% fee on all items that are being set up, including those being provided by Sei Anders Events.

  • Rentals (Tables, chairs, place settings, etc): $2500

  • Items for Centerpieces (To be assembled onsite)

    • Cylinder vases: $300​

    • Floating Candles: $60

    • Wood Slabs: $100

    • Loose Flowers: $300

    • Tea Light Votives: $100

    • Table stands and Signs: $75

TOTAL: $935

20% set up fee applied to all décor items: $887
