This package is for those who know what they want. You feel comfortable booking your own venue, and vendors and maybe even doing some of your own décor. There are so many small things that can be overlooked during the final days of planning a wedding. This package is designed to help you get everything finalized, buttoned up, and tied with a bow. Let us remove some of the stress so that your wedding is stress-free and, most importantly, fun!
What's Included?
3 Months of Unlimited E-mail Communication
For the 3 months leading up to your wedding we will be available for all of your final questions and to help iron out the details and logistics of your day.
Month of Vendor Coordination
1 month before your wedding we will connect with all of your vendors to communicate day of logistics.
Trusted Vendor List
Immediately after booking you will receive our trusted vendor lists for people we have worked with before and trust.
Six 1-hour Planning Meetings
3 Months before your event we will evaluate where you are in your planning process. We will then meet about every two weeks in the 3 months leading up to your wedding. We will help you with your timeline, floor plan, set up logistics and anything else you might need. 1-2 weeks before your event we will have a final meeting to go over your workbook and final event details.
1 Site Visit
Your coordinator will meet you at your venue for a site visit 2-3 months before your event. This ensures that your coordinator knows the space and how it is intended to be used on event day. It's a great time to finalize your floor plan!
1-hour Ceremony Rehearsal
Your coordinator will lead your ceremony rehearsal and answer any questions you and your bridal party may have. Timeslots are subject to availability, and can not be guaranteed if date & time are not provided within 3 months of wedding date.
Generic Monthly Planning Check Lists
Immediately upon booking you will receive access to our generic monthly planning checklists to help you in the planning process.
Guided Planning Workbook
Immediately after booking you will receive our guided planning workbook. This workbook will become the event plan that your day of coordinator will use on the day of your event.
Floor Plan and Timeline Creation
As part of your meetings your coordinator will help you with your timeline and floor plan creation.
1 Coordinator for up to 12 hours on Event Day
Your coordinator will be available by phone the morning of the event and will be on site for set up, event time, and tear down. Additional hours can be added for $100 an hour. Events with 100+ guests are required to have an assistant coordinator for a $500 charge. It is highly recommended that events where the ceremony and reception are taking place in different venues also pay for an assistant.
Many couples are comfortable booking their own vendors and handling many of the other big decisions that come with planning a wedding. This package is excellent for getting the small details right. Having a wedding professional on your side to help you put everything together can be a lifesaver.

We will help you put together a timeline that works for the guests and the vendors and create a floor plan that will allow the wedding to flow seamlessly. We will double check your rental order to make sure you have enough tables and chairs, look over your plan for your bar, curate your welcome table and guest book, and anything else you may need! Let us check the final boxes, take what you started and end it with a bang. We will help you finalize things you may not have even thought about! ​
On the day of your wedding we will place your décor, keep track of your timeline, check in on vendors, and compile your personal items to take home at the end of the night. We are there to put out any "fires" before you can even smell the smoke.
