Partial Planning Package
Don't need a whole year of planning? We got you covered! Our 6-month partial planning package is great for couples who need a lot of help fast, or for couples who want to check the big ticket items off before bringing on a planner. Either way, it's the perfect middle ground to make sure your wedding day is stress-free and full of love.
6 Months of Unlimited E-mail Communication
For the 6 months leading up to your wedding we will be available for all of your questions and take you through the final steps of the planning process.
Full Vendor Coordination
As you book vendors we will update them on event details and review contracts before you sign on the dotted line. We will send final timelines and layouts and answer any questions your vendors may have.
Your planner will research vendors within your budget and confirm availability for your event day before sending you their information. Vendors include but are not limited to hair and makeup professionals, photographers, venues, bar tenders, photobooths, and specialty rentals.
Twelve 1-hour Planning Meetings
At the time of booking, we will have an introductory meeting to evaluate where you are in the planning process and to create a custom Event Work Book. We will then meet about every two weeks in the 6 months leading up to your wedding to work through each to-do. Common topics are timeline, floor plan, entertainment, rental order, vendor meetings, ceremony logistics and bar. 2-4 weeks before your event we will have a final meeting to go over your workbook and final event details.
1 Site Visit
Your coordinator will meet you at your venue for a site visit 2-3 months before your event. This ensures that your coordinator knows the space and how it is intended to be used on event day. It's a great time to finalize your floor plan!
1-hour Ceremony Rehearsal
Your coordinator will lead your ceremony rehearsal and answer any questions you and your bridal party may have. Timeslots are subject to availability, and can not be guaranteed if date & time are not provided within 3 months of wedding date.
Guided Planning Workbook
Immediately after booking you will receive our guided planning workbook. This workbook will become the event plan that your day of coordinator will use on the day of your event.
Basic Design Proposal & Rental Coordination
You will go through creating your color pallet, theme and decor selections. If you choose not move forward with a decor package from us, you will receive a purchase list of items needed to bring your vision to life. Sei Anders events will also manage your rental order (Linens, tables, chairs etc.) if needed from a third party company.
1 Coordinator for up to 12 hours on Event Day
Your coordinator will be available by phone the morning of the event and will be on site for set up, event time, and tear down. Additional hours can be added for $100 an hour. Events with 100+ guests are required to have an assistant coordinator for a $500 charge. It is highly recommended that events where the ceremony and reception are taking place in different venues also pay for an assistant.
