Day of Coordination Explained

It is very "easy" to plan a wedding on your own; countless websites, blogs, and social media influencers are ready to show you the way. However, when it comes to the big day, the last thing you and your significant other want to be doing is working on setting up décor, checking on your caterer, placing flowers, and trying to explain to your very lost DJ how to get to the venue.

The day is always much more special if your family helps with aspects of the wedding. We think it's great to have your aunt make your flower arrangements, have your grandmother make desserts, or have your mom DIY some favors. But you want those people to enjoy your wedding day, so let us handle everything on the day of!

Now, true "Day of Coordination" really doesn't exist, and when it does, it is very difficult to do it well without some good prep work. Even with our most basic Package we are here to help you through the entire process. Once you book with us, you become a part of the Sei Anders Family. We are available vie e-mail for simple questions, and you can schedule a planning meeting at any point in time for $100. Then the month of your event we are there to help you reach the finish line by finalizing your time line, doing your venue walk through, and organizing your rehearsal. We will also take over final communication with all of your vendors to ensure that everyone is on the same page come game day.

On the day of your wedding we will place your décor, keep track of your timeline, check in on vendors, and compile your personal items to take home at the end of the night. We are there to put out any "fires" before you can even smell the smoke.
